Everything you'd want to know before walking in.

Before

Hydrate and arrive a touch early.

  • Fill the intake form online — it arrives with your booking confirmation.
  • Eat lightly an hour or two before. Don't arrive hungry; don't arrive full.
  • Wear comfortable layers.
During

Speak up. The work is collaborative.

  • Pressure is adjustable in real time — five out of ten is the typical sweet spot.
  • Breath cues, hydration breaks, and position changes are all standard.
  • Quiet is welcome. So is conversation — your call.
After

Move gently. Hydrate. Repeat.

  • Drink a glass of water before leaving and another within the hour.
  • Light walking is ideal. Heavy training, save for the next day.
  • Soreness for 24–48 hours is common after deeper sessions — not a problem.
